Website enquiries

Beyond Academics L.L.C., QFC 03025, Doha, Qatar, receives the name, email address, enquiry type and message you submit. Depending on your chosen route, you may also provide your organisation, role, location or a child’s age range.

These details are saved in the private website enquiry inbox so the authorised Beyond Academics recipient can review your request and respond. Please do not include children’s names, school records, health information or sensitive personal material.

Enquiries are not used to subscribe you to marketing. This website does not make a booking or take payment. Its interactive examples use fictional information and do not create a child profile.

Storage and access

The website’s hosting and database services process the submission to deliver and store it. The enquiry inbox requires owner sign-in. The current form stores enquiries; it does not send an automatic email notification.

Enquiries remain in the inbox until removed; automated deletion is not currently configured. Contact us to request access, correction or removal, or to ask about handling of your information. We may need to confirm your identity before responding to a request.

School pilot information

In the established pilot design, raw audio is not retained by default. Relevant transcripts, evidence markers, interpretations and outputs may be retained for the agreed pilot period. Access must be purpose-limited and role-based.

Before participation, the school and Beyond Academics agree the purpose, appropriate permissions, access, retention, sharing and applicable rights. Sensitive material is kept out of ordinary teacher profiles and safeguarding concerns follow a separate human-led escalation pathway. Children are not promised absolute confidentiality.
